Ferry connections may be cancelled due to bad weather conditions. The Philippine Port Authority monitors weather and sea conditions around the clock. If the Philippine Port Authority prohibits all ferry connections due to bad weather & sea conditions, the ferry companies offer a free rebooking or refund of the ticket price. Please note that you should allow sufficient time between your expected arrival and departure. The ferry companies do not pay any compensation for delays or cancellations.
Port and terminal fees (currently 80 PHP – approx. 1.50 USD – per person, subject to change without notice) are not included in the ticket price (to be paid at the pier).
