How do I book a tour, activity, transfer or ticket?

A search on our site reveals various tours, activities, transfers, bus and ferry tickets. Once you have selected your preferred travel date, please enter passenger details and the details of the credit card holder. It is important to verify that all provided information and details are correct, especially your email address, selected travel date as well as the complete name, date of birth and passport details of all passengers.

Booking ProcessPayment

By proceeding with your payment, you confirm that you have read and accept our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Our payment system will proceed to make a payment order to the issuer of the card used in the booking process or to the respective PayPal account. If payment is accepted by your bank, Credit Card Company or PayPal, the amount confirmed during the booking process will be charged and you will receive a payment confirmation through email. Your booking is now in progress.

Booking ProcessConfirmation

You will receive your confirmation, ticket or travel voucher within 48 hours of booking, subject to availability.

Accessing Voucher or TicketHow do I access my voucher or ticket?

Through email.

You will receive your voucher with your confirmation email as soon as we have reconfirmed the availability with the local supplier. This may takes up to 48 hours.

We suggest adding our domain name letsgopalawan.com to your Safe Senders list to make sure you receive all our emails. If you don’t receive the email, check your spam/junk folder.

I have not received a confirmation, travel voucher or ticket. What do I do?

Make sure to check your Spam folder as our emails with our confirmation, your travel voucher or ticket may be waiting there.
