What To Expect

Pre-book your shared airport transfer between Puerto Princesa Airport and Puerto Princesa City. The shuttle service provides a convenient way to get to any address of Puerto Pirncesa City within 30-45 minutes.

After your arrival you will be greeted by an English speaking guide who will assist you with your luggage and will bring you to the shuttle van.

Please note: The shuttle van, usually a Toyota Hiace, does not have enough space for your luggage and it might be possible that you have to share your seat with your luggage or your stuff goes onto the roof. The most comfortable option is to book a private van for your trip from Puerto Princesa Airport to Puerto Princesa City.

Your private airport van (minibus with up to 12 seats)

The shuttle van leaves Puerto Princesa Airport as soon as all seats are taken. The travel time is approx. 30-45 minutes, depending on traffic and weather conditions. The shuttle van will drop you off in front of your hotel in Puerto Princesa City.

Hotel Pick-Up & Drop-Off Coverage and Surcharge Policy

Coverage is strictly limited to Puerto Princesa city limits. For locations outside the coverage area, hotel pick-up and drop-off services in the following areas outside the city center will incur a ₱350 surcharge: Brgy. San Manuel, Brgy. San Jose, Brgy. Sta. Monica, Brgy. Tiniguiban, Brgy. Sta. Lourdes, Brgy. Sicsican, Brgy. Tagburos, and Brgy. Irawan. Additional surcharges will apply for farther locations (e.g., Astoria Hotel).

Luggage Information

• Standard Luggage Size: 61 cm. Larger bags will be counted as two pieces.

• Allowance: Each passenger is allowed one standard luggage and one handbag.

• Extra Fees: Additional or oversized luggage may incur extra charges, payable directly to the driver.

• Additional Luggage: Each extra standard-size luggage will be charged the equivalent of one adult ticket.

If you have additional luggage, consider booking an extra seat or the number of seats equivalent to your luggage pieces.
