On the El Nido Hidden Beaches and Island Hopping Tour you will discover Helicopter Island, Hidden Beach, Star Beach, Secret Beach and the Matinloc Shrine.

Helicopter Island – Helicopter Island is locally known as Dilumacad Island. The island consists of large rock formations. Viewed from a distance the island looks like a helicopter. A 300 meter long white sandy beach invites you to relax or sunbathe. The beach is also perfect for a nice little walk or for having a picnic under the coconut trees. At the southern end of the island there is a reef with some interesting snorkeling spots, while at the northern end of the island an underwater tunnel can be explored.

Hidden Beach – As the name suggests, there is a hidden beach, which cannot be spotted from the sea. The hidden beach is a small paradise surrounded by high limestones. The shallow water around the Hidden Beach is perfect for people snorkeling for the first time.

Star Beach – The Star Beach is a popular snorkeling spot among locals. Usually the boat crew will prepare your lunch at the beach while you explore the underwater world and the reefs nearby.

Matinloc Shrine – The Matinloc Shrine is a Shrine built in 1982 on the island of Matinloc. The Shrine is surrounded by dense green rainforest. The Shrine is also known as the Shrine of Our Lady of Matinloc or the Shrine of the Blessed Virgin. Visit the Shrine and enjoy panoramic views. Matinloc Island also houses two of El Nido’s most spectacular snorkeling spots, Kalmung Point and Kulasa Beach.

Secret Beach – The Secret Beach is well hidden in Bacuit Bay. The beach can only be reached by swimming through a small underwater hole in the rock wall. Once you’ve managed to swim through the underwater hole, a breathtakingly beautiful white-sand beach awaits you. It is likely that you’ve never seen such a stunning beach before. The saying is, that this great beach inspired author Alex Garland to write the novel The Beach.
