What To Expect

Make your day a perfect day with the El Nido Caves and Island Hopping Tour.

The El Nido Caves and Island Hopping Tour takes you to the most beautiful caves and beaches at the Bacuit Bay in El Nido.

Snake Island – Snake Island is locally known as Vigan Island. The name Snake Island is based on the shape of this small fantastic island. The island consists of a small sandbar and changes its shape and look at every tide and tide. That´s why this island is called Snake Island. Swim in shallow water on either side of the island or climb up a hill to take spectacular photos of Snake Island. The boat crew will prepare a picnic on the beach while you have fun in the water.

Cudugnon Cave – The history about the Cudugnon Cave dates back to 1200 BC. Anthropologists found jewelry and pottery from the Sung Dynasty in this cave. They are convinced that the first cavemen who lived in this cave came from Borneo. Today, it is possible to visit this historical cave. The access to Cudugnon Cave is located in the rock wall. You have to crawl through a small rock opening to get into the cave. Inside the cave you will get an insight into a thousands of years old cave system. Watch out for the bats!

Cathedral Cave – The rock walls inside the cave have been shaped by wind and weather for thousands of years, so that the inside of the cave is reminiscent of a cathedral. That’s the reason why this cave is known as the Cathedral Cave. The Cathedral Cave is accessible by boat or kayak. Through an opening, the sunlight makes its way into the cave at certain times during the day. Please be advised that swimming is not recommended in the cave although the beautiful green water invites you for a swim. The residents of this cave are poisonous sea snakes.

Pinagbuyutan Island – Pinagbuyutan Island is an incredibly beautiful island surrounded by high limestone cliffs shaped by wind and weather thousands of years ago. The white sandy beach and its emerald green water invites you for swimming and snorkeling. Plenty of colorful fish await you in the shallow water of Pinagbuyutan Island.

Pangulasian Island – On Pangulasian Island, you will find the widest and whitest sandy beach in the region of El Nido. The island is locally known as the “Island of Sun”. On Pangulasian Island you can see the most beautiful sunrise and sunset in the world. The water is crystal clear and you will find many reefs nearby the shore. Unpack your snorkeling equipment and discover the marine life of Pangulasian Island.

In the afternoon and after a wonderful day spent with cave and island hopping you will head back to El Nido.
