• Operator-Initiated Cancellations: In the case of unforeseen events or extreme weather conditions, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour for your safety. If the tour is canceled by the operator, you will have the option to reschedule the tour or request a full refund.

• Unsuccessful or Rejected Bookings: If your booking is unsuccessful or rejected for any reason, a full refund will be issued.
