- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation is not allowed after the tickets have been issued.
- Rebookings must be done at least four days before your departure date. The cost will be 15 USD per person, subject to availability.
- There is a one time fee (Port and Terminal Fee required by the local government) of PHP 20.00 per person.
- Seats are limited. Please book your Ferry Ticket at least 7 days in advance.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- Bunso Ferry (Slow Ferry) - The number of passengers is limited to 80 pax. Book your ferry early!
- The ferry service might be cancelled due to severe weather conditions. The Philippines Ports Authority monitors the sea conditions and may halt all ferry services at any time. The ferry companies provide the option to rebook to the next available date or provide a refund if they need to cancel the ferry service. Please be advised to plan enough time between your expected arrival and departure date. Please do not book any onward connection up to one day after your scheduled arrival. Please expect frequent delays or cancellations from June to October due to rough sea conditions. The ferry companies are not paying any compensation if the ferry service is delayed or cancelled, except when the Philippines Ports Authority officially halts all ferry services.
