- The ferry service might be cancelled due to severe weather conditions. The Philippines Ports Authority monitors the sea conditions and may halt all ferry services at any time. The ferry companies provide the option to rebook to the next available date or provide a refund if they need to cancel the ferry service. Please be advised to plan enough time between your expected arrival and departure date. Please do not book any onward connection up to one day after your scheduled arrival. Please expect frequent delays or cancellations from June to October due to rough sea conditions. The ferry companies are not paying any compensation if the ferry service is delayed or cancelled, except when the Philippines Ports Authority officially halts all ferry services.
